- 24 - snack size reese's peanut butter cups
- 1 - egg
- - optional- sea salt, for sprinkling
How To Make 2 ingredient peanut butter cup cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with nonstick cooking spray or lining with parchment paper or a silpat. Unwrap peanut butter cups and place in a food processor. Pulse until ground and smooth. Pulse in egg until combined and a sticky dough has formed.

Step 2Using desired cookie scoop size (I used large, medium is recommended) scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving ample room between. Press dough dough balls until they're about 1/2" thick. Sprinkle dough with salt.

Step 3Bake 13-17 minutes, until baked through and the edges are crisp. Cool 10 minutes on baking sheet, then move to a cooling rack.
