- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
How To Make 2 ingredient brownie cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2Melt chocolate, stir until smooth.

Step 3Add in pumpkin puree. Whisk until combined.

Step 4Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet.

Step 5Gently press cookie down with the back of a spoon.

Step 6Bake 20 - 25 minutes until puffed with a few small cracks.
