  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    finely crushed potato chips, i like cape cod, reduced fat
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • ·
    extra sugar

How to Make $100.00 Pecan Cookie


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium bowl beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and mix until incorporated. Next stir in the potato chips and pecans.
  4. Drop tablespoon size balls onto a baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
