An adapted Betty Crocker Cookie recipe with potato chips added as the secret ingredient.
pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/4 c
finely crushed potato chips, i like cape cod, reduced fat
How To Make
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a medium bowl beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Add the flour and mix until incorporated. Next stir in the potato chips and pecans.
Drop tablespoon size balls onto a baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
