Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (or spray with Pam) an 11 x 17 inch pan.
Cream sugar and butter. Stir in eggs, one at a time, vanilla, cocoa and flour. Pour batter into pan.
Cream sugar, cream cheese, eggs and flour. Drop by spoonfuls onto top of first layer and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
