Ingredients
- 1/4 pint (2/3 cup) heavy cream
- 5 ounces white chocolate, broken into squares
- 2 tablespoons brandy or cointreau
How To Make white chocolate sauce

Step 1Heat the cream in a pan over a low heat until almost boiling.

Step 2Stir in the chocolate, a few squares at a time, until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the brancy or Cointreau just before serving.

Step 3VARIATIONS 1) White Mocha Sauce: Stir in 2 T. strong black coffee just before serving. 2) Coconut Chocolate Cream Sauce: Stir in 3 T. powdered or liquid coconut cream before serving.
