This is a nice contrast to a dark chocolate mousse, pudding or cake.

  • 1/4 pt
    (2/3 cup) heavy cream
  • 5 oz
    white chocolate, broken into squares
  • 2 Tbsp
    brandy or cointreau

How to Make White Chocolate Sauce


  1. Heat the cream in a pan over a low heat until almost boiling.
  2. Stir in the chocolate, a few squares at a time, until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the brancy or Cointreau just before serving.
    1) White Mocha Sauce: Stir in 2 T. strong black coffee just before serving.
    2) Coconut Chocolate Cream Sauce: Stir in 3 T. powdered or liquid coconut cream before serving.
