How to Make White Chocolate Mousse
- 1Whip cold cream to soft peaks
- 2Heat eggs, sugar and yolks over a oduble boiler, careful not to cook the eggs. Just disolve the sugar.
- 3Stain eggs and whip to 2/3 in volume.
- 4Bloom gelatin in the cold water.
- 5Melt the chocolate.
- 6Melt the gelatin.
- 7Fold gelatin into the eggs.
- 8Mix chocolate into the eggs.
- 9Fold cream into the eggs.
- 10Add liquor (optional)
