Adapted from a recipe in a magazine these are the fudgiest, richest, most amazing brownies I've ever tasted.

10 Tbsp
1 1/4 c
3/4 c
unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
2 large
1/3 c
plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 c
chocolate chips
1/2 c
white chocolate chips

1Preheat to 325. Line 8X8 pan with foil, grease or cover with cooking spray.
2Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter stops foaming and browned bits form at bottom of pan, stirring often. Remove from heat and immediately add sugar, cocoa, 2 tsp water, vanilla, and salt. Stir to blend. Let cool 5 minutes.
3Add eggs to mixture (it will still be hot) one at a time, beating vigorously to blend after each addition. When mixture looks thick and shiny, add flour and stir until blended. Beat vigorously 60 strokes. Let cool 5 minutes more then quickly stir in chips and transfer to pan. Work quickly or the chips will melt.
4Bake brownies for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
