A coworker gave me this recipe 20 years ago & we loved it!! Office parties bring out the sweet tooth in all of us. So easy! Enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
  • 2 c
    flour (regular)
  • 3 oz
    milk chocolate or semi sweet chips
  • 3 oz
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Toll House Brittle


  1. Mix vanilla, salt & margaine well. Add brown sugar then gradually mix in flour. Stir in both kinds of chips.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of 10x15x1" pan. Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans.
  3. Bake @ 375 for about 25 minutes. Let cool & break into & enjoy!
