A DEAR FRIEND GAVE ME THIS RECIPE AND I HAVE MADE THIS EVERY YEAR SINCE AT CHRISTMAS. EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THEY SOUND. MELT IN YOUR MOUTH GOOD.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 ounces squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 - egg
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 - hershey chocolate bar( the one with the small sections) broke into the small sections.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans finely chopped

  • Step 1
    MELT TOGETHER BUTTER, CHOCOLATE SQUARES, BROWN SUGAR IN A SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT TILL SMOOTH,MAKING SURE YOUR SUGAR AND CHOCOLATE IS COMPLETELY MELTED. STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND BEAT IN VANILLA, EGG THEN BEAT IN FLOUR INTO MIXTURE.

    USING THE TINY MUFFIN TINS SPRAY OR COAT WITH BUTTER ADD 1 TEASPOON OF BATTER TO EACH. BAKE AT 350 FOR AROUND 10- 12 MINUTES. WHEN DONE REMOVE BROWNIES CUPS FROM PAN ONTO A BAKING RACK AND ADD THE PIECE OF HERSHERY CHOCOLATE (IT WILL MELT ONTO THE BROWNIE AND SPRINKLE WITH THE NUTS.
