Ingredients

1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
20 - miniture marshmallows
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make the best chocolate frosting

Step 1

Combine milk and sugar in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Add rest of the ingredients except nuts, and beat until smooth and creamy. Fold in nuts... Makes enough to frost 1 cake...
