Easy chocolate doughnut bites. I call them Tennessee kisses because I got the recipe here.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    large buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 bag(s)
    hershey kisses
  • 1 large
    pan or skillet of hot oil at least 3" deep
  • 1 box
    powered sugar or a mix of cinnamon and sugar

How to Make Tennessee Chocolate Kisses

Step-by-Step

  1. Roll each biscuit out to make it big enough to cut into 4 sections.
  2. Place a chocolate kiss in center of a section and wrap the biscuit around it and press to seal.
  3. Drop into the hot oil and remove when lightly browned. You may have to turn them over in oil to get it evenly browned.
  4. Drain them on paper towel and then roll in the powered sugar or the cinnamon sugar mix and enjoy.
