All I can say about these cookies...... they are rich, gooey and delicious. Prove me right. This recipe is from Americas best Cookbook.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp each
    baking soda and salt
  • 1/2 cup
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup
    crisco shortening
  • 3/4 cup
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup
    chip mix.....
  • 1 small
    pkg each peanut butter , butterscotch, white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup
    pecan or walnuts, amount and choice, your taste

How to Make SUPER DUPER COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour,baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter and shortening, both sugars, and vanilla in large bowl. Add one egg at a time. Make sure to beat well before adding flour mixture. Stir in chip mix made up of all chips. Drop on ungreased baking sheet into rounded tablespoon balls two inches apart. Bake at 350 for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes. Move to wire racks. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
