  • 1 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder (regular)
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder (special dark)
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    walnut pieces (optional)
  • 2/3 c
    canola oil
  • 4
    eggs lighly beaten
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Special Dark Fudge Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °

    Prepare a 13x9 pan by lining it with aluminum foil allowing the foil to hang over the ends of the pan.
    Spray foil with cooking spray
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar ,cocoa, powder, baking powder, salt,nuts,and chips.
    In another bowl, combine oil, eggs and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Do not over mix.
  3. Spread in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. When cool just lift brownies out by grabbing the foil.
