- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (regular)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (special dark)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 1 1/2 cups walnut pieces (optional)
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 4 - eggs lighly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
