- 8 ounces white chocolate baking chips
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 ounces white chocolate baking chips
How To Make smooth white chocolate brownies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" x 8" x 2" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In medium saucepan, combine 8 oz baking chips and butter. Cook, stirring until melted.

Step 2Cool for 10 mins. Add eggs and sugar until smooth. Add flour and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread batter in baking pan. Bake 25 mins, or until top is lightly browned.

Step 3Right away, top w/ the 2 oz of baking chips. Let melt, spread over brownies. Cool, cut into 16 brownies.
