- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 bag (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make self-filled cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2Prepare cake mix according to package directions; Fill paper cups 2/3 full.

Step 3Beat cream cheese with sugar until well beaten; beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 4Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each cupcake.

Step 5Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
