Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
How To Make scotcheroos

Step 1Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a glass mixing bowl and cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until the mixture boils; stir in the peanut butter.

Step 2Add the cereal and mix well. Spread in a buttered 7X11 pan pressing with your hands.

Step 3Place the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more or until melted. Stir well and spread over cereal mixture.
