How to Make Saucepan Brownies
- 1Oven 350*, rack centered
- 2Melt butter over low heat.
- 3Turn off heat, add chocolate and stir occasionally until melted and combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 4Stir in sugar and salt.
- 5Add vanilla and eggs, one at time, mixing well after each addition.
- 6Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
- 7Fold in nuts.
- 8Pour into 8 x 8 lightly greased, non-stick pan (or foil lined.) Bake 30-35 minutes.
