bittersweet chocolate, or semisweet choc.
1 c
heavy cream
1 Tbsp
dark rum

How to Make Rich Chocolate Ganache


  • 1Chop chocolate and set aside.
  • 2In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring heavy cream to a boil. Be careful not to scorch it! Once boiling, pour over the chocolate stirring until smooth.
  • 3Add the rum and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly before using on cakes, or other goodies.
