Ingredients
- 9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, or semisweet choc.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
How To Make rich chocolate ganache

Step 1Chop chocolate and set aside.

Step 2In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring heavy cream to a boil. Be careful not to scorch it! Once boiling, pour over the chocolate stirring until smooth.

Step 3Add the rum and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly before using on cakes, or other goodies.
