My favorite brownie recipe. I have made it for bake sales and they always go quick. I have double, trippled, and even quadrupled this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sifted flour
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium eggs, unbeaten
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (opt)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ICING
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make quick brownies

Step 1Combine all ingredients in one bowl, beating until batter is well mixed. Place in greased 8 inch square baking pan and bake at 30 degrees for 30 min.

Step 2For icing: Melt margarine in saucepan then stir in Cocoa until dissolved. Add other ingredients. May add a little more milk to make the right consistency.
