I made this for a super bowl party and it didn't last long!!! Ever since then I make it every year for all occassions for a snack. Anyone that loves peanut butter and chocolate will get hooked on this mixture!

Ingredients For quarterback sneak mix

  • 4 c
    graham flavored cereal squares
  • 4 c
    peanut butter flavored round cereal
  • 2 c
    fish shaped pretezel crackers
  • 10.5 oz pkg
    peanut butter flavored hard coated candy
  • 4-0.9 oz pkg
    from 8.1 oz box of tiny,tiny chocolate chip cookies
  • 8 oz pkg
    chocolate peanut butter cup flavored minis
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp
    caramel extract or vanilla extract

How To Make quarterback sneak mix

    Place first five ingredients in very large mixing bowl. Set aside. In a heavy saucepan melt together over medium heat butter,sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and take off heat and add the extract. Spray a large serving spoon with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture over the all ingredients in the bowl and stir with sprayed spoon until well coated. Toss the chocolate and peanut butter minis in and stir. As you stir the chocolate and peanut butter minis will begin to melt and thicken the mixture. Spread mixture onto wax paper and let cool completely. When mixture is cooled place even amounts into clear or decorative favor bags and tie with a ribbon. Otherwise just put mixture into sealed container.
