pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips
This was a recipe that I got from JAP, but the person that posted it made errors in the amounts of ingredients. It resulted in having to dump the batter and start over. One of our fellow cooks suggested I repost this so the measurements are correct. These muffins really are delicious.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips

Step 1Heat oven to 375°. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners.

Step 2Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and water and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Slowly add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3Fill muffin cups a little more than 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes.
