Pinto Bean Fudge

1 ccooked pinto beans (i prefer fresh from the crockpot but you can use canned)
6 ozunsweetened baking chocolate
1 tspvanilla flavoring
2 lbconfectioners' sugar
How to Make Pinto Bean Fudge
- In bowl, mash beans with the milk until it is the consistency of mashed potatoes.
- Heat chocolate and margarine in double-boiler until melted. Stir into bean mixture until slightly thickened.
- Add vanilla and confectioner's sugar. Beat until blended.
- Spread into buttered 9x12 dish. Chill (I do this for about 2 hours), then cut into squares.
