peanut butter fondue with chocolate swirls
For those who love peanut butter, what better idea than to pair it with chocolate? To prevent separating, use a standard commercial peanut butter. Creamy is recommended for smooth coating. Even though there is salt in the peanut butter, a little extra is added to balance the sweetness of the chocolate. Because this fondue is a little thicker than some, sturdier dippers are a good idea. Try chewy brownies, cut into small squares, shortbread cookies, pretzel sticks, biscotti, banana chunks, apple wedges and orange segments. Makes about 3 cups, 8 to 10 servings.Unknown source
