Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 40 - mini reese's pb cups, unwrapped
How To Make peanut butter cup brownie bites

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Spray mini-muffin pan with Pam.

Step 3In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugars and vanilla.

Step 4Beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 5Gradually add flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.

Step 6Fill each slot slightly more than 1/2 halfway, but not more than 2/3 full.

Step 7Place a peanut butter cup in each slot, pressing down until it is almost level with the batter.

Step 8Bake for 15-18 minutes until done. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing. NOTE: be sure to remove from pan 5 minutes after coming out of the oven; otherwise they may stick.
