  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2 tsp
  • 2
  • 3/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 40
    mini reese's pb cups, unwrapped

How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray mini-muffin pan with Pam.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugars and vanilla.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually add flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.
  6. Fill each slot slightly more than 1/2 halfway, but not more than 2/3 full.
  7. Place a peanut butter cup in each slot, pressing down until it is almost level with the batter.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until done. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing.
    NOTE: be sure to remove from pan 5 minutes after coming out of the oven; otherwise they may stick.
