Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (i used jiff)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 - bag (5.3 ounces) mini reese's peanut butter cups, chopped into 1/4's

How To Make peanut butter cup blondies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350*. 9-inch square pan ~ lightly greased Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Step 2
    In medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, milk, vanilla extract & eggs. Stir until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Add peanut butter mixture to flour bowl and mix just until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
    Pour batter into prepared pan. Arrange chopped peanut butter cups over batter. Bake for 19 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. 4 points per brownie
