I love peanut butter, so when I saw this recipe in this months Good Houskeeping magazine I had to try it. So now I want to share it with all of you as well. It's easy and very good, and feeds a lot.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    ( 1/2 cup ) bittersweet chocolate. melted
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    confectioners sugar
  • ·
    small pinch of salt

How to Make Peanut Butter Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Line an 8 by 8 inch baking pan with foil. Melt the chocolate and spread on the bottom of pan . Refrigerate until set.
  2. In a bowl beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners sugar, butter, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread over the chocolate, press into even layer and refrigerate until set. Lift out of pan and cut into 1/2 inch cubes Makes about 64
