Lightly spray the bottom and side of a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray.
In lg bowl, combine the butter, cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter. Mix until well combined. Press evenly into bottom of pan.
In microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 4 tbsp peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 1 hr. Cut into squares.
