How To Make panettone bread pudding

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cut panettone bread into 1-inch cubes. Spread out the cubes evenly in the baking dish.

3In a large bowl whisk the eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, orange juice, and sugar until well incorporated.

4Pour the custard over the bread.

5Lightly press the bread to submerge. Let it stand for 30 minutes occasionally pressing the cubes into the custard.

6Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.

7Bake in a preheated oven until set in the middle; about 45 minutes.
