Ingredients

erythritol sweetner
1 c
splenda, granulated
4 oz
baking chocolate, bar form
2 Tbsp
coconut oil
1 Tbsp
soy creamer
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1 pinch
salt
3 c
walnuts, chopped
1 pkg
silken tofu, drained for one hour

How to Make NO SUGAR VEGAN CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring sweeteners, chocolate, oil and cream slowly to a boil, stirring often. Boil one full minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add tofu and vanilla, beat with immersion blender, or pour into blender and pulse until creamy. Add nuts, stir.
  • 2Pour mixture into glass bowl lined with parchment paper. Cool until firm, then cut into cubes. Return to refrigerator until hardened. Store in refrigerator. 135.1 Calories per serving
