- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon soy creamer
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1 package silken tofu, drained for one hour

Step 1Bring sweeteners, chocolate, oil and cream slowly to a boil, stirring often. Boil one full minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add tofu and vanilla, beat with immersion blender, or pour into blender and pulse until creamy. Add nuts, stir.

Step 2Pour mixture into glass bowl lined with parchment paper. Cool until firm, then cut into cubes. Return to refrigerator until hardened. Store in refrigerator. 135.1 Calories per serving
