Ingredients

  • 1 cup erythritol sweetner
  • 1 cup splenda, granulated
  • 4 ounces baking chocolate, bar form
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy creamer
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 package silken tofu, drained for one hour

How To Make no sugar vegan chocolate fudge

  • Step 1
    Bring sweeteners, chocolate, oil and cream slowly to a boil, stirring often. Boil one full minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add tofu and vanilla, beat with immersion blender, or pour into blender and pulse until creamy. Add nuts, stir.
  • Step 2
    Pour mixture into glass bowl lined with parchment paper. Cool until firm, then cut into cubes. Return to refrigerator until hardened. Store in refrigerator. 135.1 Calories per serving
