How to Make No-Bake Energy Bars
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, 4 scoops Shakeology, 3 c. whole oats 1/2 c. sugar or Splenda, dash cinnamon.
Combine Splenda, cream cheese, Shakeology, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix till smooth, add the oats and mix well.(if too thick add a 1/4 c.milk)
Spray an 8x8 pan with PAM. ...spread the mixture in the pan. I like to add a topping of crushed nuts ond/or a thin glaze of melted dark chocolate.
Let set up in frig 1 hour before serving.
Bars may be wrapped individually and store in refrig. for a delicious healthy pick me up during the week or share with the family. My grand kids love them and they are very healthy. Freezes well.
