Mom always made these for me for Christmas, and I had to get the recipe for myself to share with my kids!

Ingredients

1 cup margarine or butter (2 sticks) do not use spread
1 2/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour

How To Make munchkin brownies

Step 1

Arrange 36 doubled mini muffin cups on cookie sheets with sides

Step 2

Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan over med-low heat
Step 3

Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth
Step 4

Remove from heat
Step 5

Stir in sugar
Step 6

Add eggs and stir briskly until blended
Step 7

Stir in flour until blended
Step 8

Fill baking cups 3/4 full
Step 9

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until tops look cracked and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
Step 10

Cool on pan or wire rack.
