1Ingredients: Heat oven 350F. Lightly grease 9-inch square pan. In large bowl, cream sugar and 1/2 cup margarine. Stir in eggs and 2 oz. chocolate; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour; blend well. Stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in center. Cool
2Frosting: In small bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add powdered sugar; blend well. Add shortening and 2 Tablespoons margarine. Beat 5-10 minutes until fluffy. Add extract and food coloring; blend well. Spread over cooled bars.
3GLAZE; To prepare glaze, melt 1 teaspoon margarine with 1/2 oz. chocolate. Drizzle over frosting. Chill; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
