Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup hershey cocoa (special dark cocoa)
- - dash of salt
How To Make miniature brownie cups

Step 1Heat oven 350 df line small muffin tins with tin foil or regular paper cups. Stir together sugar and vanilla in medium bowl. Add eggs beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, gradually add to butter mixture beating with spoon until well blended. Fill paper cups 1/2 full and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 2Bake 12-15 minutes until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack and transfer to plate. Makes 24 mini brownie cups
