corn syrup

How to Make Milk Chocolate Popcorn


  • 1In a large greased roasting pan, combine popcorn and nuts.
  • 2In a large heavy saucepan combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter.
  • 3Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
  • 4Pour mixture over popcorn and toss well to coat.
  • 5Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 6Cool completely.
  • 7Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
