1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
2 jars hot fudge topping, 11.75 oz. each
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
chocolate chip ice cream


1Beat butter at medium speed of mixer til soft and creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, mixing well. Add fudge topping, mixing well.
2Mix flour and salt; add to butter mixture, mixing just til blended. Stir in chocolate morsels.Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch square pans. Bake at 350 for 40 to 42 minutes or til wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool completely in pans on wire rack. Cut each pan of brownies into 6 servings. Top each serving with a scoop of ice cream. Makes 12 servings
