mary lou's tlc chocolate frosting
This is my favorite multi purpose chocolate frosting. A retired mailwoman who worked with my husband who's a mailman, use to make me brownies with frosting while I was pregnant with our son, our second child. I normally would just eat plain brownies but when I tasted her frosting recipe, I had to have it. They work perfect with my Fudge Brownie Recipe. Even though she would make them bite size they were heavenly little bites, it's an extra special recipe to me too because I didn't know her but she cared enough to make me feel special with this treat. I was always sick while I was pregnant so these brownies always made me feel better! She also knitted a blanket for our son. I hope you can spread the same love and joy that this frosting has given me.
