Ingredients

  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 jar(s)
    marshmallow creme
  • 1 pkg
    12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, optional
  • 3/4 stick
    butter

How to Make Marshmallow Creme Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring sugar, milk, & butter to a boil. Cook to medium soft ball stage (236), stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat; immediately add creme, nuts & chocolate chips; stir until melted, and pour into buttered pan.
  3. Let cool and mark into squares. Makes about 3 lb.
