I haven't made these in a long time, but I remember how yummy they are!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocoalte graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • FILLING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make latte cheesecake bars

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix crumbs, butter and cinnamon in bowl and press into a 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine 2 tablespoons whipping and coffee granules in a small bowl. Let stand about 5 minutes or until coffee is dissolved.
  • Step 3
    Combine cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy, scraping bowl often. Add coffee mixture, eggs and vanilla just until combined. Pour over crust and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool for about 1hr.
  • Step 4
    In a small sauce pan, place 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and cook over medium heat and heat until cream almost comes to a boil (about 1 minute). Stir in chocolate chips and spread over cheesecake. Refrigirate until chocolate sets, usually about 1hr.
