Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make keto choco-chip pecan bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, add softened butter, sweetener and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Add eggs and mix.
  • Step 3
    Mix together almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and add to butter mixture in bow. Mix to combine.
  • Step 4
    Add chocolate chips and pecans. Fold in and pat into prepared pan with damp fingers to avoid sticking.
  • Step 5
    Bake 25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Allow to cool for 30 minutes and cut into 12 squares and serve warm or room temperature.
