Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make keto choco-chip pecan bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.

Step 2In a medium bowl, add softened butter, sweetener and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Add eggs and mix.

Step 3Mix together almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and add to butter mixture in bow. Mix to combine.

Step 4Add chocolate chips and pecans. Fold in and pat into prepared pan with damp fingers to avoid sticking.

Step 5Bake 25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Allow to cool for 30 minutes and cut into 12 squares and serve warm or room temperature.
