In trying to figure out what all 6 of us liked in our hot chocolate, I finally come up with this combination. This is super easy to make because it is 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts in what ever size you wish!

Ingredients For homemade hot chocolate

1 ccocoa, unsweetened, dutch (our favorite)

2 cdry milk powder

3 csugar

1 dashvanilla
How To Make homemade hot chocolate

1Mix cocoa, dry milk, & sugar together in a food processor. Store in a sealed container.

2Use 2-3 tablespoons of mix, to your taste. Add hot water & a dash of vanilla. Enjoy!!

3OPTION: Just want a cup of cocoa & not a large quantity...try using each cup measurement as a Tablespoon instead. It works great... this is how we figured out the best flavor for all of us!
