- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar free french vanilla powdered creamer
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk (lactaid or silk)
- 1/4 cup sugar free raspberry syrup
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 8 - 12 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons cool whip free

Step 1In a tall glass, combine coffee, creamer, cocoa & sugar. Add hot water & stir to dissolve.

Step 2Transfer mixture to blender. Add milk, syrup & ice; blend on high until smooth. Pour into glass & top with cool whip.
