How To Make hershey's bar cake

Step 1

Make cake according to directions on box, pour into two (9-inch) round cake pans and bake. In a bowl combine chocolate, cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugars. Mix well with mixer. After cake bakes and cools, spread icing on top.
