This is a recipe that I came up with while trying to be creative in the kitchen. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as my family does.

  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 4
    heath bars - crushed
  • 1 large
    box of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 8 oz
    cool whip thawed

How to Make Heavenly Heath Bar Delight


  1. Combine flour, 1/2 c. pecans and butter. Mix until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 370 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
  2. In a medium size bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla mixing well. Fold in 1 cup cool whip and 2 crushed heath bars. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling. Carefully spread remaining cool whip over pudding. Top with 1/4 cup of reserved pecans and 2 crushed heath bars. Cover and chill.
