heath's pb balls
Instead of using the traditional ground nuts and dates with the peanut butter filling, I used a bag of Heath toffee bits :) DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 12 ounces heath toffee bits
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, maple, or butter rum extracts
- 2 cups either chocolate chips or white chocolate chips, melted
How To Make heath's pb balls

Step 1Combine the butter, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar,Heath Toffee Bits, vanilla, butter rum, or maple flavoring. Cream well and knead well

Step 2Melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Dip into melted chocolate chips.

Step 3Refrigerate overnight (or at least for about 15 minutes) on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
