Mix 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of chopped pecans together until crumbly. Press in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
Mix together 2 pkgs. cream cheese and 2 cups of powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread on top of cooled crust.
Mix 2 boxes of instant pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread remaining 2 cups of whipped topping on top of pudding layer.
