I found these on the internet and am going to give them a try. I've never had grilled stuffed bananas before and that is what these basically are.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • ·
    just ripe but firm bananas
  • ·
    assorted fillings such as chocolate chips
  • ·
    shredded coconuts, roasted nuts etc.

How to Make Grilled Banana Boats

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice each banana down one side into the banana but not through to the other side, you want to stuff this.
  2. Add your fillings. Put on a hot grill and grill until the banana skin turns black and soft. Keep an eye on it you don't want it to burn.
  3. Remove from grill and serve..pretty easy!
  4. Enjoy!
