Ingredients

  • ·
    1/2 bag of [a large bag] of coconut
  • ·
    almost 1/2 bag choc chips
  • ·
    1/4 can coconut milk
  • ·
    about 1/2 can sweetened milk
  • ·
    cookie sheet lined with wax paper

How to Make grace's coconut no bakes

Step-by-Step

  1. in double boiler melt choc chips. stir in sweetened milk til nice and smoothe. then stir in coconut milk til smooth
  2. add the coconut 1 cup at a time. i added 3 cups and it did great. blend well. should b real thick.
  3. with wooden spoon drop onto wax paper. i put mine in the fridge to set
  4. take out and plate. hope u like these.
