How to Make Golden-Flecked Chocolate Bars
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- For crust, in large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium high for 30 seconds. Add butter & salt; beat until combined. Beat flower on low speed until combined.
- Press two-thirds of the crust mixture onto the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- For filling, in a medium saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk & chocolate pieces. Stir over low heat until mixture melts and is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts & vanilla. Spread mixture over crust. Dot brownies with the remaining crust mixture.
- Bake in 350° oven about 35 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
