Ingredients
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make ganache

Step 1Add all ingredients to the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Sir occasionally until melted and smooth.

Step 2Use in whatever recipe you have calling for Ganache or drizzle over cakes, cupcakes or ice cream.
